Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor on a permanent basis to join an organisation in Lincolnshire.

Duties of the Project Surveyor:

• Assisting the Project Manager develop and carry out specifications, contracts and procurement
• Maintain up to date records and complete contract administration
• Complete site surveys and inspections
• Manage contractors maintaining regular communication

Essential requirements of the Project Surveyor:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• HNC or HND in Construction
